Section 17.32.030 Notice.
Notice to property owners shall be given in the manner provided by state law. In addition, the
city manager
or his designee shall file a copy of said notice, setting forth the legal description of each lot and
parcel of
ground effected, with the County Recorder of Woodbury County, Iowa. (Ord. 89/T-7862)
