Chapter 17.32 WEED CONTROL
Section 17.32.040 Failure to cut or destroy weeds.
In the event that property owners fail to comply with a notice to cut or destroy weeds, the city manager
or
his designee shall have full power and authority to enter upon any land within the city for the purposes
of
destroying any weeds, vines, brush or other growth which constitute a health, safety or fire hazard. Such
entry may be made without the consent of the owner or person in possession or control of the land. (Ord.
