Section 17.32.060 Penalty for violations.

Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter is guilty of a municipal infraction and shall be subject to a mandatory civil penalty of one hundred dollars for the first offense; and two hundred dollars for the second and subsequent violations of this chapter occurring within 365 days of the first violation. The civil penalty herein shall be in addition to the assessment of costs incurred by the city in cutting or destroying the weeds. (Ord. 2003-0371; 89/T-7671)
