Section 17.40.020 Duty to maintain parkway.

It shall be the duty of the abutting property owner to maintain the parkway free of weeds, vines, brush or other growth and debris, and to keep the parkway free of obstructions or depressions which might be injurious to the general public. If the property owner fails to maintain the parkway the City shall clean it and assess the property for costs of cleaning. (Ord. 86/T-5005)
