Section 17.40.060 Distance from driveways, curb and sidewalk.

The distance trees may be planted from curbs or curb lines and sidewalks will be in accordance with the two species size classes listed in Section 10.40.050 of this chapter. No trees may be planted closer to any curb or sidewalk than the following: Medium Trees, 3 feet; and Large Trees, 4 feet. Trees shall be planted at least 8 feet from any driveway or alley.
