It is unlawful for any person to injure, damage, or cause injury or damage to the parkway adjacent to the property of any other person; or to place, park or drive any vehicle upon any parkway; or to use the parkway anywhere in the city as place for piling or storage of any property or structure of any character whatsoever, save under proper permit for the building purposes only during the time of actual construction of a building, on the adjacent premises; in such a manner as to be, create, or constitute a traffic hazard, nor shall any person place or maintain any tree or shrubbery on any parkway which shall create or constitute a common nuisance.  (Ord. 86/T-5005).
