Section 17.40.110 Damaging or removing trees from parkway.

It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to damage, disfigure or remove any live trees from the parkway unless he first obtains the written consent of the city manager, or his designee. This section shall not be construed to prohibit the abutting property owner from complying with the provisions of section 17.40.080. (Ord. 2001-0191; 86/T-5005)
