Section 105.1.1 is amended to read as follows:

“105.1.1- Permit Required. The City Council of the City of Sioux City, Iowa may, by resolution prescribe to occasions when any type of permit may be required and may also prescribe the fees for such permits. The City Council may also establish fees for services provided by the Sioux City Fire Department. Permit fees shall be paid prior to the issuance of said permit. For a list of permits and fees, see table 19.105.1.1(a), permits and fees.” Additional permits and fees may be required as outlined in subsection 105.1.2 of the IFC.

1) Fireworks permit. To operate or conduct a public or private fireworks display.

5) Plans reviewed. Building, fire sprinkler, fire alarm, site plans, utilities $50.00 per review

6) Inspection fees. Third time and each subsequent inspection following a routine initial

inspection $25.00 each

7) Fire alarm reports $10.00 each

8) Photo prints on CD Rom $25.00 per CD

9) Installation of flammable or combustible liquid tanks.
