Section 19.04.109.3 Section 109.3 – Violation penalties – Modified.
Section 109.3 is amended to read as follows:
“109.3 - Violations. Any person, firm, or corporation violating any
provisions of this code is guilty of a
municipal infraction and shall, upon conviction, be punished according to the provisions of Section1.04.100
of the Municipal Code. Each violation shall be a separate offense, even if repeated violations
occur on the
same day.” (Ord. 2007-0488)
