Section 19.04.305.5 Section 305 – Ignition Sources – Modified
Section 305 is amended by adding the following new subsection:
“305.5 – Ignition Sources. It shall be unlawful to burn
any unwanted structure by the owner or occupant
of said structure for the purpose of demolishing said structure.” (Ord. 2007-0488)
