Section 19.04.308.3.1.1 Section 308 – Open Flame
Section 308 is amended to read as follows:
“Section 308.3.1.1 – Liquified petroleum gas fueled cooking
devices. LP-gas burners having an LP gas
container with a water capacity greater than five gallons (commonly known as a 20 lb cylinder) shall
not be
located on combustible balconies or within ten feet of combustible construction. (Ord. 2007-0488)
