Section 3301 is amended to read as follows:

“Section 3301.2.4.2 – Insurance requirements for fireworks displays.

(1) Prior to issuance of the permit for fireworks displays or indoor or outdoor pyrotechnics displays provided for in Chapter 33, the permittee shall furnish the City Manager or his designee with a certificate of insurance evidencing public liability insurance coverage according to the following schedule:
