Section 19.04.3404.2.9.5.1. Section 3404 – Tank Locations – Modified
Section 3404.2.9.5.1 is amended to read as follows:
“Section 3404.2.9.5.1– Tank Locations. The storage of
Class I Flammable Liquids in above ground
tanks outside of buildings is prohibited in fire zone numbers 1 and 2.” Fire zone numbers
1 & 2 are
outlined in Section 19.04.5000. (Ord. 2007-0488)
