Chapter 19.04 FIRE PREVENTION CODE
Section 19.04.3406.4.5.1 Section 3406 – Bulk plants and Terminals – Modified
Section 3406 is amended by adding the following subsection:
“Section 3406.4.5.1 – Bulk Plants and Terminals. No new
bulk plants and terminals shall be constructed
in fire zone numbers 1 and 2.” Fire zone numbers 1 & 2 are outlined in Section 19.04.5000.
