Chapter 19.04 FIRE PREVENTION CODE
Section 19.04.3406.9 Section 3406 – Restrictions on Travel – Addition
Section 3406 is amended by adding the following new Section:
“Section 3406.9 – Restrictions on Travel. No gasoline
or liquefied petroleum transport trucks shall enter
the downtown business area within the following boundaries: beginning at the southeast corner
of Seventh
and Pearl Streets, thence east along the south line of Seventh Street to the west line of Jones Street;
thence
south along the west line of Jones Street to the south line of Fifth Street; thence east along the south
line of
Fifth Street to the west line of Iowa Street; thence south along the west line of Iowa Street to the
north line
of the east west alley between Third and Fourth Streets; thence west along said north line of said east
west
alley to the west line of Jackson Street; thence south along said west line of Jackson Street to the
north line
of Third Street; thence west along the north line of Third Street to the east line of Pearl Street;
thence north
along the east line of Pearl Street to the point of beginning.” (Ord. 2007-0488)
