Section 19.04.806.1.1 Section 806 – Decorative Vegetation – Modified

    Section 806.1 is amended to read as follows:
    “Section 806.1.1 –  Restricted Occupancies.  Natural cut trees shall be prohibited in all occupancies. Exception:  Trees banded awaiting resale, trees in one and two family dwellings, and trees in sprinklered R-2 Occupancies.”  (Ord. 2007-0488)
