Chapter 19.04 FIRE PREVENTION CODE
Section 19.04.901.4.2 Section 901 – Fire Protection Systems – Modified
Section 901.4.2 is amended to read as follows:
“Section 901.4.2 - Fire Protection Systems. Any fire protection system
or portion thereof not required by
this code or The International Building Code shall be allowed to be installed provided such system meets
the requirements of this code, the International Building Code and the applicable NFPA code and any
other
applicable code.” (Ord. 2007-0488)
