Section 19.04.D.103.6 Section D103 – Signs – Modified
Section 103 is amended by adding the following new sub-paragraphs to D103.6:
“Section D103.6 – Signs.
(1) A fire lane shall be posted every 50 lineal
feet with signs that comply with D103.6.
(2) A fire lane is deemed to encompass that area
with a 25 foot radius of any fire lane sign.
(3) When an area is posted as a fire lane, a presumption
shall arise that said area was designated as a
fire lane with the permission of the fire department or as a requirement of the fire department. (Ord.
