It is unlawful for any person to smoke tobacco in any form on any bus or other vehicle operated for the carriage of passengers as a common carrier except that nothing herein shall be construed to prohibit such smoking in a designated area of the bus or vehicle providing the area is properly partitioned from the remainder of the bus or vehicle by a transparent material.  (Ord.
