It is the duty of every person owning, managing or operating theaters, motion picture showrooms, streetcars, buses or public airport hangars in the city, to post a copy of the ordinance codified in this chapter in such place of business, carriage or vehicle, or at his option to post the appropriate sections of this chapter with a brief statement of the penalty attached to the violation thereof.
