Section 2.06.010 Appointment.

The city manager shall be appointed by the city council for an indefinite term or such term as may be provided for in a written contract. The city manager shall serve at the pleasure of the city council subject to the terms and provisions of any written contract. Before taking office city manager shall file with the city clerk his oath of office in the manner prescribed by law. (Ord. 2007-0466, 84/T-2456)
