Section 2.06.045 Storm water agreements.

The City Manager may sign agreements relating to maintenance of storm water retention or detention facilities and accept, on behalf of the city, easements over property containing detention and retention facilities, for the purpose of inspection, maintenance and repair. (Ord. 2007-1015)
