Section 2.36.110 Moneys.

All moneys allocated by the city council for the maintenance of the libraries should be deposited in the treasury of the city to the library fund, and shall be kept by the treasurer separate and apart from all other moneys, and paid out upon the orders of the board of trustees, signed by its president and secretary.
