The members of the Sioux City art center board of trustees shall be appointed by a majority vote of the city council.  To be eligible to be appointed a member of the Sioux City art center board of trustees, the appointee must be a qualified resident elector of Sioux City.  Before assuming the duties of office, each trustee shall file with the city clerk an oath for the faithful performance of his duties, and a disclosure of his ownership or control or prior ownership or control within the preceding two years of any interest, direct or indirect, in  any property included or planned to be included in an urban renewal project.  (Ord.
