Section 2.48.030 Sioux City Tree Commission.

There is hereby established a Tree Commission for the City of Sioux City, Iowa. The Sioux City Planning & Zoning Commission shall act as the Sioux City Tree Commission and shall carry out the duties of the Tree Commission. Terms of members, bylaws, compensation, and meeting schedule of the Tree Commission and the Planning & Zoning Commission shall be the same. (Ord. 92/T-10735)
