Chapter 2.70 SIOUX CITY PARKING AND SKYWALK SYSTEM BOARD OF TRUSTEES
Section 2.70.050 Duties of the board.
It shall be the duty of the board to:
1. Deposit all funds received with the city treasurer who shall credit same
to the skywalk system fund.
The board shall make all disbursements utilizing the claim and warrant procedures of the city;
2. Prepare and submit an annual report to the city council in December of each
year;
3. Prepare and submit an annual budget to the city council for approval in accordance
with normal city
procedure. The approved budget shall be the working document for administration of the skywalk
system;
4. Utilize the various departments and staff of the city for auxiliary services
unless otherwise authorized
by the city manager.
5. Perform such other duties as required or allowed by law including those specifically
set forth in
Section 17.36 of this Code.
6. The board shall prepare recommendations and submit them to the city council
on improving the
operation and maintenance of the city's off-street and on-street parking facilities.
