Section 2.74.010 Board created.

There is hereby created a nine member commission for the purpose of reviewing applications from qualified businesses located within or requesting to locate within an enterprise zone in the city in order to receive incentives or assistance consistent with the terms and provisions of this chapter and with chapter 15E of the Code of Iowa. Such commission shall be known as the Sioux City Enterprise Zone Commission. (Ord. 98/U-7284)
