Chapter 2.74 SIOUX CITY ENTERPRISE ZONE COMMISSION
Section 2.74.060 Powers of the commission.
The commission shall have the following duties:
1. To receive and evaluate applications from qualified businesses seeking to
participate within the
enterprise zone.
2. To develop and adopt by-laws for the operation of the commission.
3. To establish a process for selecting commission officers and to fill vacancies
to the positions appointed
by the commission.
4. To recommend to the city council additional local eligibility requirements
for businesses.
5. To conduct such other activities as are consistent with this chapter and
with chapter 15E of the Code of
