Section 20.05.090 Applicability to new buildings and additions.

All construction of new dwellings and dwelling units and new additions to existing dwellings and dwelling units must comply with all provisions of the municipal zoning, building, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing codes governing new construction. (Ord. 2001-0563)
