Section 20.05.110 Conversions of commercial buildings for residential use.

All conversions of existing commercial, industrial or other nonresidential building for residential uses must comply with all provisions of the municipal zoning, building, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing codes governing new residential construction. (Ord. 2001-0563)
