Whenever the premises is demolished, whether carried out by the owner or by the inspecting official, such demolition shall include the filing of the excavation on which the demolished premises was located in such manner as to eliminate all potential  danger to the public health, safety, or welfare arising from such excavation.  (Ord. 84/T-3098).
