The electrical inspector shall not engage directly or indirectly in the sale, furnishing, installation or maintenance of electrical equipment, nor shall the inspector have financial interest in any concern engaged in such business in the city and violations of the provisions of this section shall be good and sufficient cause for disciplinary action.
