Section 20.08.140 Applicability to placarded buildings.

1. A building which has become unfit or unsafe to occupy, due to electrical hazards or defects, will be placarded.

2. A building which has been placarded due to electrical defects must be brought into full compliance with the current code for existing buildings. (Ord. 2009-0274; 97/U-6146)
