Section 20.13.020 Exemption from city regulation.

The following are exempt from this ordinance:

1. Public events which take place on federally-owned property.

2. Public events which take place on state-owned property.

3. Building construction sites located on federally-owned property.

4. Building construction sites located on state-owned property. (Ord. 2005-0577)
