Chapter 20.13 PORTABLE NON-SEWERED TOILET SYSTEMS
Section 20.13.030 Purpose.
The purpose of this chapter is to adopt a complete code to protect public health, safety and welfare,
to
establish regulations governing the provision of portable non-sewered toilets at outdoor public gatherings
and building construction sites, including minimum standards, inspections, and certification of portable
