Chapter 20.13 PORTABLE NON-SEWERED TOILET SYSTEMS
Section 20.13.060 Definitions.
For purposes of this chapter, the following terms will have the following definitions:
1. “Portable non-sewered toilet system" means any portable structure
used for the collection of human
feces and urine which is not connected to water or sewer systems.
2. "Public gathering" means an outdoor assembly which may be attended
by any number of persons for a
period of more than 3 hours, and which is not served by any on-site permanent toilets, or which is not
served by on-site toilets adequate for the number of persons attending the event.
3. "Employer" means any person, organization, corporation, business,
partnership or government entity
employing people to perform work at a specific building construction work site. (Ord. 2005-0577)
