Section 20.13.090 Applicability to outdoor public events.

    1. Minimum number of units required.  Portable non-sewered toilets must be provided by sponsors of outdoor public events for use by the participants attending the event in accord with the following table:

NUMBER OF PARTICIPANTS*    MINIMUM NUMBER OF FACILITIES
1 to 100             Four hours or less    More than four hours
            1 toilet for men        2 toilets for men

            1 toilet for women    2 toilets for women

101 or more     1 toilet per each additional group of 100 participants or part thereof anticipated at the event.

        * Participants include employees of the sponsor, event volunteers, event vendors, and members of the general public.
    2. Location and maintenance of toilet facilities.  Toilet facilities must be conveniently located for use by the general public and accessible for servicing.  The facilities must be kept clean and supplied with toilet tissue. (Ord. 2005-0577)
