Section 20.13.100 Certification required.

Any person engaged in the business of operating a portable non-sewered toi1et service must obtain a certification from the Portable Sanitation Association International or similar organization. If a corporation engages in such a business, it shall have one employee in a supervisory capacity with such a certification. (Ord. 2005-0577)
