Section 20.13.110 Insurance required.

No person shall place a portable non-sewered toilet on public property unless the person has filed in the office of the city clerk a certificate of insurance showing automobile liability insurance and commercial public liability insurance coverage for the operation of the business in amounts of not less than $1,000,000.00 combined single limit and $50,000.00 property damage.
