Chapter 20.13 PORTABLE NON-SEWERED TOILET SYSTEMS
Section 20.13.120 License required.
It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in the business of operating a portable non-sewered toi1et
service unless the person has obtained a license from the city. The person shall make application
for a
license on a form provided by the city. The application shall contain the following information:
the
applicant’ s full name, current address, telephone number, proof of identity, proof of certification
from the
Portable Sanitation Association International, proof of insurance meeting the requirements of section
20.13.110, the name or names appearing on all portable non-sewered toilet systems that will be placed
in
the city. An annual license fee of $50 must be paid to the city. (Ord. 2005-0577)
