Section 20.14.020 Exemption from city regulations.

The following structures and systems are exempt from this ordinance:

1. Federally-owned buildings;

2. State-owned buildings;

3. Public utilities-owned systems;

4. US Housing and Urban Development (H.U.D.) certified manufactured and modular buildings;

5. City-owned water system;

6. City-owned sanitary sewer system;

7. City-owned storm sewer system; and

8. Manufacturing or testing of plumbing fixtures or equipment in factories. (Ord. 2000-9734; 90/T-9321)
