Section 20.14.030 Purpose.

It is the purpose of this chapter to adopt a complete plumbing code to protect public health, safety and welfare; to establish regulations governing plumbing construction work, including minimum standards; permits; fees; inspections; use of licensed trades and enforcement procedures.
