Section 20.14.140 Applicability to red-tagged buildings.

A building which has become unfit or unsafe to occupy, due to plumbing hazards or defects, may be red-tagged.

1. A building which has been red-tagged due to plumbing defects must be brought into full compliance with the current codes.

2. Red-tagged buildings are subject to the procedures set forth in Chapter 20.06, Dangerous and Dilapidated Structures. (Ord. 2000-9734; 90/T-9321)
