Chapter 20.14 PLUMBING CODE
Section 20.14.183 License required.
1. No person or entity shall represent himself as engaging in the business of
doing plumbing work;
perform any plumbing work or advertise that he does or can do plumbing work for any other person or
entity unless such person has first obtained from the city a plumbing contractor’ s license as
required by this
chapter.
2. No person shall perform any plumbing work for any other person or entity
unless such person
possesses a valid apprentice, journeyman or master’ s license and is a documented employee of a
licensed
plumbing contractor. (Ord. 2000-9734)
