Section 20.14.190 Application for plumbing permits.

Applications for plumbing permits shall be submitted by holders of plumbing contractor’ s licenses, prior to commencement of the work. The applications shall be on forms supplied by the inspection services division and shall include the following information: correct address and description of the work to be done.

When requested by the manager or his authorized representative, such applications shall be accompanied by such sketches, plans, specifications and schedules as may be necessary to determine whether the installations will be in accordance with the requirements of this code.

If such equipment and installations will comply with the requirements of this code, the permit will be issued.

The contractor will be sent a monthly statement for all fees due the city. If the account is not paid by the first of the following month, the account will become delinquent. There shall be no further permits issued to the contractor responsible for such work until all fees required by this code have been paid. (Ord. 2000-9734; 90/T-9321)
