Section 20.14.220 Fees and permits for inspections.

Before any plumbing permit is issued, the person, firm or corporation making application shall pay to the city the required fees, or arrange for monthly billing, in accord with Section 20.14.190. Any person who shall do any plumbing work for which a permit is required without having first made application for a plumbing permit shall, if subsequently permitted to obtain a permit, pay a double permit fee fixed for such work.
