Section 20.14.250 Water and natural gas supply.

It is unlawful for any person, firm or corporation or other association to supply water or natural gas to any plumbing system, fixtures or equipment if a permit is required for its installation unless such connection has been authorized by the plumbing inspector. It shall be unlawful to make connections to equipment that has been disconnected or ordered disconnected by the manager or plumbing inspector.

EXCEPTION: When it is necessary that water and natural gas remain in operation during remodeling, it is permissible for plumbers to temporarily establish such connection before the inspection and authorization. (Ord. 2000-9734)
