Section 20.14.360 Judicial review - exhaustion of remedies.

With regard to any appeal granted pursuant to this chapter, the appealing party shall be deemed to have exhausted his administrative remedies under this title only after having pursued his appeal with both the manager and the appropriate board. Any appealing party who, having exhausted his administrative remedies pursuant to the foregoing, is aggrieved by the final determination and disposition of his appeal by the board, may seek relief therefrom in any court of competent jurisdiction, as provided by state and federal law.
