Section 20.14.450 Transfer of license.

No license issued in accordance with the provisions of this chapter shall be assignable or transferable, nor is the holder of a contractor's license allowed to take out work permits for anyone other than himself, or the person, firm or corporation with whom he is associated as specified on his license. Misuse of a license shall be cause for suspension or revocation of the license. (Ord. 2000-9734)
