Section 20.19.030 Permit required.

1. It is unlawful for any person to construct or install any underground lawn-sprinkling system without first having obtained permits therefor as hereinafter required. Any person who constructs or installs an underground lawn-sprinkling system without first having obtained the required permits shall pay permit fees which are twice the amount of the applicable fees hereinafter prescribed in this chapter and such person shall not in any way be relieved from complying with all of the provisions of law applicable to the construction and installation of underground lawn-sprinkling systems.
